One of the first steps to leveraging VwD’s capabilities is adding creators to your organization. Whether you're manually adding individual creators or uploading a batch, the platform makes it simple and efficient to start scanning and monitoring their content for compliance and brand safety. This guide will walk you through both methods of adding creators—manually and via bulk upload—and provide tips to ensure a seamless process.

Fill in the required fields in the "Add Creators Manually" section:

  • Name: Enter the creator’s full name or the name they are known by on social media.
  • Platforms: Add the creator’s profile handles for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X (formerly Twitter), and Facebook.
  • Email Address: Optional but recommended for tracking and contacting purposes.
  • Demographics: Specify the creator’s age, region, and gender if known.

Step 3: Review and Confirm

Once all fields are filled:

  1. Click "Create" to add the creator to your organization.
  2. The platform will automatically begin scanning the creator’s content across the specified platforms.

  2. Fill out the fields for up to 100 creators per file:
    • Name
    • Platform-specific profile names (e.g., Instagram, YouTube)
    • Email
    • Age, Region, and Gender (optional)

Step 2: Upload the Spreadsheet

  1. On the "Add Creator(s)" page, select the "Upload a Spreadsheet" option.
  2. Drag and drop your completed file or click "Bulk Upload" to browse and select your file.

Step 3: Confirm Upload
