How to Add Creators to VwD

One of the first steps to leveraging VwD’s capabilities is adding creators to your organization. Whether you're manually adding individual creators or uploading a batch, the platform makes it simple and efficient to start scanning and monitoring their content for compliance and brand safety. This guide will walk you through both methods of adding creators—manually and via bulk upload—and provide tips to ensure a seamless process.

00:04: You will learn how to input creator details, select scan options, and upload creator

00:09: lists efficiently.

00:11: Click "Add Creator(s)" to open the panel for adding new creators.

00:15: Click the "Name" field to prepare for entering the creator's name.

00:19: Enter the creator's full name by filling in the "Name" field with the appropriate

00:22: information.

00:23: Click the "Profile name or URL" field to input the creator's profile identifier.

00:28: Fill the "Profile name or URL" field with the creator's profile name or URL.

00:33: You can add the following Social handles for scanning: Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube,

00:39: TikTok

00:40: Open "Additional Details" to expand more options for the creator's profile.

00:46: Click "Lite Scan" to choose a basic scan option for the creator's data.

00:50: Select "Medium Scan" to choos a more detailed scan option for the creator's data.

00:55: Use the Comprehensive Scan option that gives you three or more years of public data,

00:59: covering all available records.

01:02: Click "Create" to finalize and add the creator's profile to the system.

01:07: Leave the "on" toggle activated to scan for additional social profiles.

01:12: Click "Add more creators" to add Creator to the system and continue with additional

01:16: profiles.

01:18: Click "Upload a Spreadsheet" to begin importing multiple creators via file upload.

01:23: Click "Download" to obtain the spreadsheet template for bulk creator uploads.

01:27: Select Scan Preferences for each Creator in a file.

01:31: Click "Choose file" to select the spreadsheet file containing creator information for

01:35: upload.

01:37: Click "Bulk Upload" to begin importing the list of creators from the selected file.

01:42: You have successfully added individual creators, selected scan options, and managed

01:47: bulk uploads within the VwD application.

01:51: This process ensures comprehensive creator profiles are created and maintained

01:55: efficiently for your projects.
