Using Intelligent Search in VwD

Accessing Intelligent Search

• Navigate to the Creators page.
• Use the search bar at the top to enter a keyword or phrase.
• Press Enter to see results.

Understanding Search Results

By default, your search results will show all creators who have mentioned the searched keyword at least once. You can refine results using the available sorting and filtering options.

Creators Tab

• Displays a list of creators who have mentioned the searched keyword.
• Shows the number of detected posts where the term appears.
• Highlights the creator's social reach and platforms they are active on.
• Allows sorting by Relevance (most relevant mentions first) or Posted Date (most recent mentions first).

Posts Tab

• Displays individual posts where the searched keyword appears.
• Shows the mention count (how many times the term appears in a post).
• Indicates the platform and date of the post.
• Provides a Preview button to see the original content.
• Allows filtering by specific platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, Facebook).

Viewing and Interacting with Posts

• Click on any post entry to expand and see how the keyword appears within the content.

• Click Preview to open a snapshot of the original post.

• Use the Link button to navigate to the original post on the platform.

Filtering and Sorting Options

Sort by:

• Relevance – Prioritizes posts with the highest keyword relevance.
• Posted Date – Displays the most recent posts first.

Platform Filter:

Select specific platforms to refine results (e.g., view only TikTok mentions).

Best Practices

• Use broad terms for high-level monitoring and specific phrases for detailed insights.
• Combine filters to narrow results by platform, relevance, or date.
• Regularly check search results to track emerging trends and compliance issues.
