How to Subscribe to Searches in VwD

VwD now lets you save your free-text searches and subscribe to alerts whenever monitored creators mention the keywords or phrases you care about.

This feature makes it easy to:

• Track brand names, competitors, or sensitive topics.
• Share important searches across your organization.
• Receive notifications when new content matches your saved search.

Saving a Search

Go to your Creators Pool.

Type a keyword or phrase into the search bar (e.g., your brand name, a competitor, or a topic you want to monitor).

Once results appear, click Save Search star icon.

Give your search a name (optional), modify keywords, add alerts preferences, and confirm.

Your search is now saved and available in the Saved Searches list.

Subscribing to Alerts

• Open the Saved Searches section in your dashboard.
• Find the search you want to subscribe to.
• Toggle Alerts On.

You’re now subscribed!

Whenever a monitored creator posts new content that includes your keyword or phrase, VwD will automatically send you an alert.

Sharing Saved Searches

All saved searches are visible across your organization.

This ensures your team has access to the same monitoring criteria and can stay aligned on priorities.

Best Practices

• Use specific keywords to reduce noise (e.g., “BrandName + scandal” instead of just “BrandName”).
• Create separate searches for different categories: competitors, risk terms, campaign-related topics.
• Review saved searches regularly to keep your monitoring focused and relevant.

With subscribed searches, VwD turns monitoring into a proactive, real-time safeguard for your brand.
