How to Subscribe to Searches in VwD

VwD makes it easier than ever to stay on top of what matters most — whether it’s your brand, your competitors, or sensitive topics that need monitoring. With Searches and Subscriptions, you can create tailored keyword searches, save them for later, and even subscribe to alerts when new matching content appears.

Saving a Search

Go to your Creators Pool.

Type a keyword or phrase into the search bar (e.g., your brand name, a competitor, or a topic you want to monitor).

Once results appear, click Save Search star icon.

Give your search a name (optional), modify keywords, add alerts preferences, and confirm.

Your search is now saved and available in the Saved Searches list.

(Optional) Open Advanced Search to define:

Must include ALL of: required terms that must appear.
May include ANY of: optional keywords that can expand the scope.
Must NOT include: terms or phrases to exclude entirely.

Subscribing to Alerts

Open the Saved Searches section in your dashboard.
Find the search you want to subscribe to.
Toggle Alerts On.

You’re now subscribed!

Whenever a monitored creator posts new content that includes your keyword or phrase, VwD will automatically send you an alert.

Sharing Saved Searches

All saved searches are visible across your organization.

This ensures your team has access to the same monitoring criteria and can stay aligned on priorities.

Best Practices

Use specific keywords and logical groupings to refine your results.
Separate searches by topic — for instance, one for competitors, another for campaign performance, and another for risk terms.
Regularly review and update your saved searches to keep them relevant.
